Terms governing Linebras API use.

Beta commercial service

Advanced resources may depend on third-party providers, public datasets, cache and fallback behavior.

This English version helps international users understand the beta terms. For production or enterprise use, request a formal review before relying on the service in critical workflows.

API keys

Secret keys are backend-only. Public keys are for frontend/widgets with limited scopes.

Allowed use

Do not use the API for fraud, privacy violations, spam, attacks, unlawful profiling or illegal decision-making.

Cancellation and refund within 7 days

Customers may request cancellation through the support page, the Customer Portal or the Stripe billing flow when available.

Refund within 7 days: for purchases made through the website, the customer may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the subscription or first payment date, using the same email used at checkout or the Customer Portal. When applicable as a consumer relationship, this rule follows the Brazilian right of withdrawal for electronic contracting.

Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method used in Stripe. The time for the amount to appear on the customer’s card statement or account depends on the card issuer, bank or payment method. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, improper chargeback or use incompatible with service evaluation.

Business/B2B relationships, specific contracts, intensive use, custom work, dedicated integrations or negotiated commercial conditions may have their own cancellation and refund rules.
